Service Description

"A skin patch test is used to detect possible allergies to any substances used during your brow or lash treatment when it comes into contact with your skin. A small amount of the product is applied to the skin so that any reactions can be observed. The patch test is THE most essential part of your treatment. It’s compulsory. This is Non-negotiable It should be carried out at a minimum of 24 hours before the booking time or 48 hours before for clients with diabetes or other special circumstances."


Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy Cancellations Over 48 Hours: In the event of cancellation, amending or rescheduling with over 48 hours’ notice of your appointment, your deposit will be refunded. Cancellations Under 24 Hours: Any appointments cancelled, rescheduled, amended within 24 hours of your appointment start time, or you don’t show up to your appointment you will be charged 100% of your total service cost. No future appointments will be offered until all cancellation/no-show charges are paid. Reminders: We send email reminders 24 hours before your booked appointment. If you don’t have the reminder service, call us on 0203 6656794 or email bookings@sanyaspalondon.com with your contact details and we’ll add them to your record. How to Cancel or Change Your Appointments: Amendments/ cancellations can be completed by calling us on 0203 6656794. 48hours notice is required to make any changes. Please do not cancel or change appointments over social media or email, the accounts are not monitored 24/7 and the message may be missed.
