Cancellation Policy Cancellations Over 48 Hours: In the event of cancellation, amending or rescheduling with over 48 hours’ notice of your appointment, your deposit will be refunded. Cancellations Under 24 Hours: Any appointments cancelled, rescheduled, amended within 24 hours of your appointment start time, or you don’t show up to your appointment you will be charged 100% of your total service cost.
