Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy Cancellations Over 48 Hours: In the event of cancellation, amending or rescheduling with over 48 hours’ notice of your appointment, your deposit will be refunded. Cancellations Under 24 Hours: Any appointments cancelled, rescheduled, amended within 24 hours of your appointment start time, or you don’t show up to your appointment you will be charged 100% of your total service cost. No future appointments will be offered until all cancellation/no-show charges are paid. Reminders: We send email reminders 24 hours before your booked appointment. If you don’t have the reminder service, call us on 0203 6656794 or email bookings@sanyaspalondon.com with your contact details and we’ll add them to your record. How to Cancel or Change Your Appointments: Amendments/ cancellations can be completed by calling us on 0203 6656794. 48hours notice is required to make any changes.
